Fall is here! Which means I have every right to cuddle on the couch with my babies and watch TV on those chilly autumn evenings. Here are the TV shows I will be watching/DVR’ing this fall 2013 season:
1. Grey’s Anatomy
My obsession has returned! I used to be a die-hard fan, but for some reason it completely fell off my radar last season. Fortunately, I got really sick last week and watched marathon episodes and now I’m all caught up! Season 10 here I come!
2. Chicago Fire
In the words of Sweet Brown, “Oh, Lord Jesus, it’s a fire!” Chicago Fire! Hot firefighters, action and drama, and my favorite city of all time – I’m all over it! Jeffrey is, too. It’s nice when we have a show we can both enjoy.
3. New Girl
This show is so cute, quirky, and funny – a.k.a. “adorkable!” There’s something about roommates living in a loft apartment in their 30s that reminds me of Friends. It’s mine and Arielle’s date night show. She always watches New Girl with me (except for when she closes her eyes during the kissing parts.)
4. Glee
Yup, I’m a gleek. I’m so curious to see how this season will get past the tragic death of Corey Monteith. So sad!
5. The Voice
I’m jumping on the bandwagon a little late here. The Voice is in its 4th season and I’m just tuning in now. It’s mostly because of Adam Levine. The project I’m working on is directly related to the launch of Adam Levine’s clothing at Kmart stores (October 1st, y’all!). I watch it and think, “I’m working on stuff for that guy! So cool!” I better get a chance to meet him. LOL The singers are amazing, too. I’m intrigued to see how the whole mentoring thing and competition play out.
Looks like I have a lot of TV to watch this season! I just love getting consumed by a TV show and the anticipation that comes with “stay tuned for next week’s all new episode.” There’s always something to look forward to and I think that’s what makes the cold months go by faster.
What are you watching this fall? Are there any new series I should be tuning into?

I love Grey’s Anatomy SO much. And my girls and I love watching Glee together – we’re so sad about Finn.

This week is supposed to be the big episode that they dedicate to Finn. I’m keeping the Kleenex handy for this one!

You didn’t mention The Goldbergs! I love anything 80s so I am so looking forward to this show.
I was born in the 80s so I tuned in to see the Goldbergs! They definitely nailed the era with the cassette tapes and Michael Jackson. LOL Not sure if I could watch the whole season, though. None of the characters were likable or particularly funny. 🙁

I love Grey’s Anatomy too! That reminds me… I still need to watch it from the other night. I also like The Voice but don’t usually watch it until the “real” competition starts. The Amazing Race is also one of my favorites.

Oh, Grey’s is sooo good. I just started watching Betrayal, too. They kept showing commercials for that show during Grey’s episodes. Pretty good so far!

I’m definitely DVRing Grey’s and New Girl. Glee I have been off and on with. There are a few other shows that are looking pretty interesting but I have such a hard time keeping up. Sometimes I feel like it’s TV or blogging, but never time for both!

Watching TV may very well be the end of my blogging…and cooking, cleaning, and spending time with my kids. LOL Good thing for DVR!
