It’s round 2 in Wisconsin Dells for us this year! We went earlier this year for A&Z’s birthday celebration. Now we’re baaaaack – but this time we went with the T-birds (Jeffrey’s side of the family).
This time around is so much better because of the weather, the accommodations, and being surrounded by family – just as they say: the more the merrier! It’s so great to watch A&Z play with their cousins. They’re all pretty close in age and they get along so well. Cousins are like having instant best friends for life. Here they are getting ready to hit the water park:
I totally missed out on the first day of swimming because I got stuck working. The next day, I jumped in the pool with my swimming buddy Zavier for a few minutes, but then he fell asleep on me! Must have been that wave simulator that rocked him fast asleep:
I ended up chillin’ next to him poolside and enjoyed this 42 oz drink of Mango Margarita goodness:
After a long day of swimming, we checked out the outlet mall and grabbed dinner at Buffalo Phil’s.
Things tend to take a long time when traveling in a large group, but this dinner was ridiculous – 3 hours! My buddy fell asleep again on me, this time om my lap:
When Zavie wasn’t sleeping, I enjoyed myself as much as I could despite his terrible-two tendencies:
